Flat rate cleaning packages are a set price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. These packages assume that your home is a standard size and has been cleaned recently. The cleaning tasks are limited to those included in the standardized checklist for the chosen service.
Though rare, we may need to provide a requote on arrival if your home is much larger than a standard sized home or if it is in severe condition (e.g. the home is occupied by hoarders or has been neglected).
Flat rate packages are perfect for people with standard, well-maintained homes who want to know exactly how much their cleaning will cost upfront.
Unlike flat rate packages, hourly cleaning services are not limited to a cleaning checklist and do not assume that your home is well-maintained or a specific size. Instead, you select the number of hours you’d like our cleaners to clean, and they will stop once the time has elapsed. At that time, you can either add hours or they can leave.
Hourly services allow customers to fully customize their cleanings by requesting specific tasks or designating rooms to be cleaned or left untouched. This flexibility makes this option great for those who need tasks not covered by our checklists, have rooms that do not need to be cleaned, or need extra care and attention due to an overly messy home.
